From 16 to 18 June 2022, Dr. Ahmed AA Suliman conducted the 2nd Khartoum PTMC workshop at the Shaab Teaching Hospital to combat cardiovascular challenges in Sudan.

Department of Neurosurgery of Zhuhai People’s Hospital has successfully conducted 24 Percutaneous Balloon Compression operations using SYM Medical’s PBC sets during the period of October 2020 and September 2021.

To fight against cardiovascular challenges, the Sudan Heart Society, PASCAR (Pan-African Society of Cardiology) and its daughter society, PASCI (Pan-African Society of Cardiovascular Interventions) conducted a 3-days intensive workshop at the Sudan Heart Center to enhance cardiovascular skills development in African continent, from 25–27 March 2021.

To support and help spread the techniques of percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty in Northern & Eastern African regions, SYM Medical collaborated with their Egypt partner to organize the first international workshop.

In the evening of 10th Sept 2019, SYM Medical held academic seminar on the topic of “Application of balloon technique in Minimal-invasive neurosurgery" in Beijing. Well-known neurosurgeons from China and abroad shared their experience in intracranial oncology, hemorrhage, trigeminal neuralgia, fluorescent guidance resection etc.

During 23th to 29th of April 2019, Prof. Mostafa Zein Elabedin Ali, a well-known neurosurgeon in Egypt, visited China for attending SYM workshops and understanding the application of CCC (Cerebral Corridor Creator). This workshop contained 7 live surgeries and 2 seminars in 5 cities.

Date of 21st Sept. 2018, international business director of SYM Medical Mr.Pappu travelled together with Professr Zhang,the neurosurgeon from Zhujiang Hospital Southern Medical University.They headed to numbers of top level hospitals in Spain for surgery guidance and academic exchange.

From August 24 to 25, the 17th annual conference of liaoning medical association neurosurgery was held at the dalian international finance conference center, hosted by the neurosurgery branch of liaoning medical association, affiliated to shengjing hospital of China medical university and the second hospital of dalian medical university.

On the morning of June 23, the central hospital of handan city successfully held the 2018 handan city hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage neuroendoscopic surgery treatment and neurological intensive care topic BBS.Dozens of chief physicians of neurosurgery from hebei province, including the neurosurgery department of handan central hospital, the neurosurgery department of zhengzhou central hospital and the second hospital of hebei medical university, participated in the BBS discussion.
